Dear Coaches, Team Managers & Committee Volunteers,

With National Volunteer Week here, I just wanted to take a moment to say a heartfelt thank you to all of you who help make the Ormond Jets such a special club.

Quite simply, we couldn’t do it without you.

To our committee members who keep everything ticking along behind the scenes, our team managers who are the glue that holds teams together — organising weekly logistics, communicating with families and making game days run smoothly — and our coaches who give their time, energy and knowledge — thank you. Our coaches in particular play such an important role not just in leading teams, but in developing our players, building their skills, confidence and love of the game.

It takes a huge amount of effort to get teams on the court every week, and so much of it happens quietly. Please know that it’s truly valued and very much appreciated.

Because of you, our players get to be part of something bigger — they have fun, build friendships, learn teamwork, grow in confidence and enjoy being part of the Ormond Jets community.

We are incredibly lucky to have such a generous, passionate group of volunteers.
